It’s a little bit funny, this feeling inside
I’m not one of those, who can easily hide,
I don’t have much money, But boy if I did
I’d buy a big house where we both could live.
If I was a sculptor, but then again no,
Or a man who makes potions in a traveling show
I know its not much, but it’s the best I can do
My gift is my song and this one’s for you
And you can tell everybody that this is your song
It may be quite simple but now that it’s done,
I hope you don’t mind. I hope you don’t mind
That I put down in words
How wonderful life is now you’re in the world
I sat on the roof and I kicked off the moss
Well some of these verses, well they’ve got me quite cross
But the sun’s been kind while I wrote this song,
It’s for people like you that keep it turned on
So excuse me forgetting, but these things I do
You see I’ve forgotten, if they’re green or they’re blue
Anyway the thing is, what I really mean
Yours are the sweetest eyes I’ve ever seen
And you can tell everbody that this is your song
It may be quite simple but now that it’s done
I hope you don’t mind, I hope you don’t mind
That I put down in words
How wonderful life is, now you’re in the world
Yep! I´m watching Moulin Rouge (again) at 3am :)
(But I´ll put this on queue for tomorrow xD)

A real mother is the most wonderful person in the world. She’s someone who loves and cares for you and tells you stories. She’s the angel voice that bids you good night, kisses your cheek, whispers, “Sleep tight.”

Jack paced back and forth on a thick branch as he waited for the hour to hit in order for him to go and pick up his date, “For Manny’s sake why won’t the time go faster?” He groaned when he dropped down onto the railing before the large clock tower he was currently using as his perch and timer….
She opened her window and smiles. “Cause another snowstorm somewhere else?” Nina peeked her head out. “Are you coming in or am I coming out?” She laughs.
“I-I tried not to I swear,” he said looking back at the respectable layer of snow that was now covering the newly green spring grass, “Bunny is gunna have my head for that,” he looked around and at her dress, he couldn’t see it well at the moment but it looked long, and complicated, probably delicate he also concluded, “I heard women tend to not like the wind playing with their skirts, or at least that’s what movies usually portray.” he commented, prepared to think of another mode of transportation for the two of them if need be.
While he thought she began to ease herself out the window to sit on the edge. Her legs dangled out the window and she laughed. “A little wind isn’t going to hurt me. Might tickle a bit, but we are in a rush are we not?” She laughs again and adds. “Time to go Jack.”
“Oh, right right right-” He backed up as she moved to step out of the window, he watched closely to make sure she didn’t slip, not knowing how often she crawled out a window, “Well if the wind won’t bother you then we have no problem in being on our way,” he said confidently before summoning the wind with a light flick of his staff in request for it’s aid and waiting for her to allow him to whisk them both off.
She reached out a hand to take his and nodded. “I’m ready to go.” As the wind picked a smile spread wider across her face. Already this was getting exciting.
Without a moment to loose they were both off with the wind as their driver to where the gathering was held. They arrived and Jack set her down gently, “Love flying,” he could help but muse before straightening some of this cloths that had become dis shelved during the transport.
“I agree.” Nina brushed down the blue dress which trailed behind her. She carefully but quickly fixed her hair. She turned and fixed Jack’s tie. Once the two of them looked presentable they made their way towards the door. Music could be heard pouring out onto the streets.
“Thank you,” He added before moving along with her into the street, the music that came sounded familiar and reminded him of the town events he’d often visit in the summers while not freezing over a town and causing snow days. Having never before gotten to be in one he quickly grew excited.
There was a cool breeze blowing but she wasn’t sure if it was from Jack, or simply the winds trying to cool the evening. Nina enjoyed walking barefoot alongside Jack and seeing him getting more excited. Then she felt something cold touch her shoulder. “Jack…you’re making it snow.”
